Keeper has become a trusted solution for users looking for a secure and user-friendly password management tool. Users have found Keeper to be a valuable resource for both personal and professional needs, offering ease of use and strong security. With Keeper, users can securely store and share passwords for various web accounts, eliminating the need for insecure methods like sharing spreadsheets via email or printing them out. The software also makes it easy to manage password additions and changes, ensuring that strong individual passwords are used for all sites. Users appreciate the convenience of having one strong password for all their sites without compromising security.

The fingerprint recognition and quick performance of Keeper have significantly improved users' workflow, making it a popular choice among individuals and organizations alike. The software's compatibility with different devices, including browser plugins and mobile applications, has further enhanced its usability. Users rely on Keeper to simplify the process of managing multiple logins and passwords, saving them frustration and angst associated with password requirements. Additionally, Keeper's ability to sync between devices ensures that users can access their passwords anytime, anywhere. Whether it's for personal or professional needs, Keeper offers deep security, unique password creation, and convenience in accessing critical account information.

Simple and Intuitive User Interface: Reviewers have consistently praised the software's user interface, with many stating that it is simple and intuitive to use. This sentiment was echoed by multiple users who mentioned that minimal training is required for users to adjust to the interface.

Convenient Password Management Features: Many reviewers appreciated the various password management features offered by Keeper. They found the sharing features easy to use and administer, allowing them to conveniently share passwords with their team members. Additionally, users highlighted the convenience of the strong password generator feature, which eliminates the need to come up with secure passwords on their own.

Multi-Platform Support: The multi-platform support provided by Keeper has been highly valued by reviewers. Users love being able to access their passwords and login information on their phone, laptop, or desktop seamlessly. This flexibility allows them to use Keeper on any device at any time, enhancing its usability and convenience.

Challenging User Decommissioning: Some users have found it challenging to decommission users and recover their passwords if a user disappears from AD with SSO enabled. They have expressed the need for improvements in the efficiency and ease of this process.

Inconvenient Sign-In Process: Users find it inconvenient to constantly sign in each time they open a browser, even with SSO enabled. This repetitive sign-in requirement adds unnecessary steps and hinders their workflow efficiency.

Lack of Password Management Tier: Several users suggest adding another tier to each group to enable departmental password management and give managers access to their team's passwords. This would streamline password management within departments and enhance overall usability.

Creating, managing, and storing strong passwords has become essential to conducting business online. I began searching for appropriate tools after an incident of identity theft. Keeper Security was one of three products that was highly recommended based on my searches. I found it to be easy to use, provides plugins for the major browsers and is easy to install on new computers.
  • Generates strong passwords
  • Stores multiple passwords
  • Provides a web-based repository
  • Sometimes the browser plugin behaves erratically
  • Occasional connectivity issues
I can only think of scenarios where Keeper is well-suited, in my experience. I work in small business (i.e., sole proprietor, 1 employee) environments and Keeper is well-suited to my needs. I imagine it would also be well-suited to multi-user environments, but would require a great deal more management and organization in such environments.
  • Generating strong passwords
  • Strong security of repository
  • Ease of installation and sharing among multiple devices
  • Safe and secure repository for strong passwords
  • Zero incidences of identity theft or unauthorized access since implementation
  • Ease of use when generating new strong passwords
I do not recall the other products I tested. I believe Keeper provided a free trial that allowed me to verify that it met my needs before I was required to purchase. I also found their support team to be responsive when I experienced some problems. The cliche, "If it ain't broke don't fix it" fits well in this case. I am able to create and use online profiles safe in the knowledge that my passwords cannot be easily hacked and my data is safe.

We use Keeper to provide a secure way to house and share passwords to various web account such as social media, procurement websites, various portals, etc. We use it primarily on a team basis where we have shared accounts. Prior to Keeper, the solution was the inevitable - spreadsheets being shared via email or printed out and handed around. It was painful, insecure and impossible to manage. Keeper gave a simple and easy-to-manage solution to this problem.
  • Ease of use. User find it simple and intuitive to use and I find they rapidly adjust to the software with minimal training.
  • Single-sign-on. Super important and really makes things simple for the users and easy to manage for us in the IT team.
  • Sharing features. We knew sharing was a key component of our password management solution. Keeper makes it easy for users and simple to administer.
  • Decommissioning users isn't as simple as I'd like. If a user disappears from AD with SSO enabled, it can be a challenge (or impossible) to recover their passwords.
  • It would be good if there was a long period in which the browser plug-in would keep you logged in. It's a pain having to re-sign in each time you open a browser (even with SSO enabled).
  • Adding another tier to each group such that each group could have a manager would be helpful in the continuity of departmental password management. Inevitably, users end up with a bunch of their own passwords that their manager should have access to, but there is no easy way to administer this situation.
It is great for the management of passwords across organizational departments or specific cross-functional teams. The sharing feature is well suited to this. It may get harder to administer effectively (i.e., feel like you are in control) when there are many, many groups. Also, if there are groups or departments with high staff turnover, the administration efforts may get more difficult, and the chances that someone may have access to something they shouldn't increases.
  • Single sign-on (SSO). I rarely subscribe to a software that does not incorporate this feature. Moreover, it is important to me that it utilizes Azure AD SSO.
  • Support for all major browsers. We do not enforce a particular browser on our staff as their needs are diverse. Keeper supports all major browsers.
  • Excellent support. I have had nothing but good experiences with Keeper's support team.
  • The spreadsheets and printed papers being passed around the office with passwords on them have gone! This is a huge security hole plugged.
  • Users actively use the software which says something - it is easy to use and intuitive. When software is not intuitive, it tends to not get used.
  • It gives IT control over who does what with passwords, and while difficult to quantify it is certainly a dramatically positive impact on the organization.
I do not have any direct experience with LastPass, but I did assess them before deciding on Keeper. I believe the reason I went with Keeper over LastPass at the time was Keeper's enterprise solution was a lot more solid and featured SSO which I do not believe was offered by LastPass at the time. It does appear that LastPass for Business offers good SSO solutions now, however.

Our organization uses Keeper as main password manager. It's provided for each employee to make passwords secure. Keeper is not one of the fanciest tools, but it's totally one of the best cloud-based password managers. It stores your passwords, generates new ones if you need, has 2-factor authentication, and may provide you with login suggestions while filling in a form.
  • Easy to use - you can easily access it anywhere and anytime you want (it has mobile apps, web and desktop versions)
  • High level of security - 2-step authentication with your phone number
  • Simple to save and get passwords and login information. Keeper fills it in for you. It may create complex passwords for you
  • Syncs across all devices
  • The automatic web form filling is sometimes annoying popping up not in right places sometimes
Keeper is the best place to keep your login information as well as payment card information. It really is a time saver - creating strong passwords for you and filling forms up automatically. You won't need to remember your security info ever again - it's all safe in one place with 2-factor authentication.
  • It helps easily login to all of the services that are needed during work which saves time a lot
  • You don't need to remember tons of login information or write everything down with a big risk
I tried different Android services for password managing but all of them have many different features that are not useful and just distract you - Keeper is simple and easy to use with only needed features included.

Keeper helps organizations to protect and manage passwords on smartphones, tablets, and computers, so it's really easy to implement it across the whole organization in a secure digital vault.
  • I love the Keeper DNA feature! Instead of using a code sent to a device, Keeper DNA uses a person’s connected object device to create a unique “Keeper DNA Profile”. Apple Watch will be the first to support Keeper DNA but it will soon spread to other devices.
  • Keeper allows users to attach photos and videos in a digital vault in addition to passwords. Users can take pictures of their passports or credit card and store them in their vault without having to save those pictures in their phone.
  • All the preloaded application is surely an interesting feature, Keeper is the only product that has been evaluated, approved and preloaded by main mobile carriers.
  • I find that Keeper could use some work with their desktop interface, a sleeker and friendlier user interface would definitely benefit them.
  • Keeper doesn’t have a Security Dashboard, which makes it more complicated to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your passwords.
  • The automatic web form filling is somewhat limited at the time, but im sure they will improve it soon.
I find that for personal use, the fact that Keeper can be downloaded for free is great. It will give you access to their base functionalities on one device with no backup protection. The Enterprise edition offers a galore of features that are great for whole organizations like unlimited devices, password storage, cloud backups and sharing while offering 24/7 support.
  • Keeper is a great product to have, positively impacting end-users to be safer with their password while providing ease of management.
  • It will cost you $29,99 per year for unlimited devices, password storage, cloud backups, sharing and 24/7 support, which we found is quite a good bargain!
  • The Zero Knowledge feature is quite great for every enterprise since the fact that only you have your master password means that nothing can force the company to turn over your passwords, and a distraught employee can't weasel into your stored data.
